Plague Doctor - WIP

This is rendered with Poser Pro 2010. I don't usually post WIPs, but this has been a lot of fun to work on and I wouldn't mind some feedback. I'm satisfied with the posing, the lighting and the fog.

I feel like the lenses should be more reflective, maybe? I like being able to see his eyes but they feel too flat.

I also want to add more texture to the face of the medallion. I was thinking of a displacement map of a skull. Or maybe I should find an image of a rat since it's a plague doctor?

What do you guys think?
